✓ Identify ways of sharing one’s opinions constructively.
✓ Learn tips in preparing for a negotiation, opening a negotiation, bargaining, and closing a negotiation.
✓ Learn tips in making an impact through powerful first impressions, situation assessment, and being zealous without being offensive.
